For teams running paid acquisition without a media buyer
Clickgeist connects to your advertising accounts and runs the daily buying loop — building campaigns, adjusting bids, pacing budgets, rotating creative — strictly inside the spend ceilings and rules you set. You approve every new spend threshold, creative and audience expansion before it goes live.
The economics
What the service does
Connect your ad accounts, set the ceilings and rules, and Clickgeist runs the loop your team never has time to run properly.
Clickgeist plugs into your existing ad accounts through each platform's approved programmatic access, under your authorisation — you keep ownership of the accounts, the data and the history. Google Ads is supported first; further channels are added only once third-party access is verified.
AI colleagues structure campaigns, audiences and settings against the targets you agree, inside your rules and ceilings — so launches and restructures happen when performance calls for them, not when someone's calendar allows.
Your performance signals are monitored continuously. Bids adjust and budgets pace automatically inside your ceilings, and underperformers are paused before they drain spend. Anything beyond a configured threshold comes to you first instead of executing.
Approved creative is rotated and tested systematically, so your ads do not fatigue unnoticed. New creative never goes live until you have reviewed and approved it — messaging stays yours.
Budget follows performance across your connected channels, within the limits you agree — the orchestration layer that single-platform automation cannot give you. Larger moves wait for your sign-off.
Spend ceilings are enforced by the system, not written in a slide. New spend thresholds, new creative and audience expansions queue for a named person on your side to approve before they take effect — with execution and sign-off kept separate.
Every change is logged with its reasoning and the account state before and after. When someone asks why spend moved, you have the answer — and a change you disagree with can be reversed.
Performance is reported against the metrics you agreed and managed spend is reconciled on a regular cycle — numbers you can take straight to a founder, a board or a finance review.
How it runs
Clickgeist connects to your advertising accounts through approved programmatic access, under your authorisation. Your accounts stay yours — nothing is migrated, nothing is locked in.
You define budget ceilings, permitted audiences, approved creative and the thresholds above which nothing ships without your sign-off. That envelope is enforced by the system, not suggested.
AI colleagues build, bid, pace, rotate and reallocate every day inside your envelope, pausing underperformers as they appear. Anything that would move money or messaging beyond it is queued for your approval.
Every change lands in the ledger with its rationale and the before/after account state. Spend is reconciled and performance reported against the metrics you agreed.
What makes this different
Most tools promise optimisation and leave control vague. Clickgeist makes control concrete: enforced ceilings, named approvers, a complete audit trail.
Your budget ceilings are enforced in the system. AI colleagues cannot move money or change messaging beyond the envelope you approved — new spend thresholds, new creative and audience expansions always come to you first.
Every material change is logged with its rationale and the account state before and after, so you can show exactly what changed, why, and who authorised it — to a co-founder, a board or an auditor.
A fully loaded media-buying hire runs roughly $125k–160k a year; agencies typically take 15–20% of spend and prefer bigger accounts. Clickgeist targets 8–12% of managed spend, so disciplined operation makes sense at your size.
We are in early access: first deployments run inside FTLAB's own portfolio before wider release. We publish no invented case studies, we never promise returns, and we will tell you plainly what is proven and what is not.
