Security & governance

Operation is done by AI. Authority stays with a named human.

Clickgeist runs the daily media-buying loop inside budget ceilings and rules an accountable human sets. Money and messaging cannot move beyond that envelope without human sign-off.

Controls

What the governance envelope enforces.

These are the boundaries the service operates within. They describe how control is held, not a promise about advertising outcomes.

  • Operated from DIFC
  • Human-owned fiduciary control
  • Reversible change ledger

Enforced ceilings

AI colleagues execute bids, pacing, creative rotation and reallocation strictly within budget ceilings and rules configured by an accountable human. They do not act beyond that envelope.

Approval gates

New spend thresholds, new creative and audience expansions are held at an approval gate for a human to review and sign off before they go live.

Segregation of duties

Approval gates keep execution and sign-off distinct, so the party running a change is not the party authorising it.

Change ledger

Every material change is logged with its rationale and the account state before and after, producing a complete and reversible audit trail of what was done and why.

How access and compliance are handled.

Clickgeist connects to a client's advertising accounts to run the buying loop. It does not exempt itself from the limits it operates under, and it does not take on duties that belong to the client.

In practice

Access to client accounts is via approved programmatic connections, under the client's authorisation.

We adhere to each platform's programmatic-access terms. For Google Ads this includes token approval, Required Minimum Functionality, and the platform's right of audit.

The client's accountable human retains fiduciary control of budgets and all advertising-compliance obligations at all times.

AI colleagues never move money or change messaging beyond the pre-approved envelope without a human decision.

On the jurisdiction

The venture operates from DIFC, Dubai, where its governance-first design aligns with the jurisdiction's expectations. We do not hold or claim external security certifications; where we make no such claim, none should be inferred.
